ADRIAN GENTLE (b. 2001) grew up in Spokane, Washington, where the rugged landscapes shaped his artistic vision. Now based in Tio'tià:ke/Montreal after graduating in 2024 from the Nova Scotia School of Art and Design, his interdisciplinary work spans drawing, painting, animation, sculpture, and textiles.

Gentle's background in journalism and philosophy sharpens his eye for storytelling and detail, while his fascination with anatomy drives a visceral connection to form. From live studies of animals to the invention of imagined creatures, Gentle's creations exude a sense of life in motion.
